Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout where available. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Golf Pigs is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the carrier for assistance.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the damaged package and items.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.
